The group operates two units in Surat district: a textile processing unit at Vareli, Palsana, and a plastics unit at Sachin GIDC.
Textile processing
Textile unit, Vareli
The processing unit is on Plot No. 140-146 at Vareli, Kadodara, in Palsana taluka, about 13 km from Surat city. It has operated there since 2009.
- Dyeing
- 12 jet dyeing machines
- Printing
- 6 flat-bed printing machines and 4 digital printers (16 heads each)
- Finishing
- 3 stenters and 1 batching stenter, a loop steamer and 4 drum washers
- Laboratory
- Shade-matching laboratory
- Effluent
- Effluent goes to the common effluent treatment plant run by Palsana Enviro Protection Ltd · The unit is a member of Palsana Enviro Protection Ltd, Vareli

Quality checks

Every batch is checked against an approved reference sample before packing.
Textiles
Each shade or print is approved as a lab dip or strike-off before bulk.
